We require a debit or credit card number to secure your reservation, which we will store securely with a third party. In the case of the cancellation policy terms not being met, we will charge your card the late cancellation fee of £25 per booked guest. You will ONLY be charged if you fail to show or cancel your booking within 24 hours.
If you are unable to honour your reservation, we request you cancel your booking 24 hours in advance of the booked date. You can cancel your reservation by calling us directly on 01727 823720
. Failure to do so may result in the agreed fee being debited from the credit card you provided in the booking process.
Please note, if you are displaying COVID-19 symptoms, you may cancel at any time, but we must receive notification of your cancellation prior to your arrival to avoid cancellation charges.
