Head Chef Liam Goldstone creates a seasonal menu that includes versions of great pub classics, using the finest and freshest locally-sourced ingredients.
Like our restaurant on George Street, the Dylans Beer Wall showcases our craft beers, stouts and ciders. Our Craft Beers are all from independent microbreweries from across the UK, including many local breweries. We also have four Real Ales and three Real Ciders on the bar. If beer is not your thing, we have over 30 gins and an exceptional wine list with over 50 wines from small independent vineyards.
